Flowmo does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Full stop.

Flowmo is a focus timer. Everything it needs to work stays on your device:

Your tasks, stats, streaks, and settings are stored locally (localStorage / chrome.storage). They never leave your device.
No account, no login, no sign-up.
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party SDKs.
No Flowmo server exists. The only optional network request loads a web font from Google Fonts for styling.

Extension permissions

Permission	Why
`storage`	Save your settings, tasks, and daily counts on your device.
`alarms`	Keep the countdown accurate while the popup is closed.
`notifications`	Tell you when a focus sprint or break ends.
`declarativeNetRequest`	Optionally block distracting sites you list, only while focusing. The list stays on your device.

Uninstalling, or using Settings → Reset all stats & tasks, permanently erases all local data.
